What it’s all about.
Theme- "Splash & Soar: Unleashing Innovation with Water Rockets"
Innovation & Incubation Cell presents a fun rocket launching event. In this
event, participants have to build and launch their rocket models. Different
designs of rocket are possible. Participants create their custom-built water
rockets from composite materials to achieve record altitudes.
All the material required for this event will be provided to the participants by
the process of bidding.

Flow of Event
Introduction
Prior to the main event, students will receive a comprehensive overview, to
ensure they understand all aspects of the event.
Registration
Participants need to make a team constituting 4 members and register for
the event.
Bidding
All the material required for this event will be provided to the participants
during the process of bidding.
Preparation
After the materials are provided a 45 minutes time slot shall be allotted to
all teams to prepare their water rocket launcher.
No extra time will be given.
Prize Distribution
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams with the longest flight times.
Rules and Regulations
1. A team must contain 4 members.
2. Each rocket is officially launched and judged only once.
3. Rockets considered unsafe to launch by the judges will be disqualified.
4. The time of flight of a water rocket in the air is measured using a stopwatch or a timing device.
5. In case of same flight time, the winer will be decided by the bidding points.
6. Unethical behaviour may lead to disqualification.
Judging Criteria
1. There should be no cracks or leakage in the water rocket.
2. The judging criteria will prioritize the duration of flight.
3. Minimum number of points used in bidding.
4. Minimum number of materials should be used.
